We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases of lamps and lighting fixtures. This page describes your rights as well as the terms and conditions for returning and refunding your orders.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, if applicable, of return costs.

To exercise this right, please inform us in writing (e-mail to camille.burrivanpoucke@gmail.com or by phone at 01 23 45 67 89) before the expiry of this period, indicating your order number.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned new, unused, in their original packaging and in perfect resalable condition, accompanied by all accessories provided.
• Personalized items or items clearly custom-made at the customer's request cannot be returned, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or does not comply with the order.

Refund

Once your return is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund of all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned item or proof of shipment, whichever comes first. The refund is made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Defective or non-compliant items

If you receive a defective lamp, damaged during transport or not in conformity with your order, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and its packaging. We will offer an exchange, repair or full refund, including return costs, in accordance with the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.
