This page describes how we process and deliver your orders for lamps and light fixtures.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods (sales, year-end holidays), this timeframe may be slightly extended; you will be informed if applicable.

Delivery Times

• Metropolitan France: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• European Union: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of the World: Variable times depending on the destination, indicated during the order process.

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery address; they are indicated before the final validation of your order.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that allows you to monitor the delivery of your package.

Precautions for Fragile Items

As our light fixtures are sometimes fragile (glass, ceramic, lampshades), each package is specially packed to limit the risk of breakage during transport. Please check the condition of your package upon receipt and report any apparent damage to us within 48 hours.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Package

If your package is damaged, lost, or abnormally delayed, please contact us as soon as possible at camille.burrivanpoucke@gmail.com so that we can open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution (reshipment or refund).
