These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter the "Conditions") govern access to and use of our site as well as any order placed with us. By placing an order or using our services, you unreservedly accept these Conditions.

2. Products

Our products are presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, photographs and descriptions are not contractually binding on the seller; slight variations in appearance (color, finish) may occur depending on your screen or the manufacturing process of certain items.

3. Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing on the order at the time of its validation is the only one applicable to the buyer.

4. Order

You can place an order directly on the site. The order is only final after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you summarizing the essential characteristics of the product ordered, its price, and delivery times.

5. Payment

Payment is made online, securely, using the payment methods offered on the site at the time of the order.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms and times are specified in our shipping policy.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with current legislation, you have a right of withdrawal, the terms of which are detailed in our refund policy.

8. Legal Guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of non-conformity or a hidden defect, you can choose between repair, replacement, or reimbursement of the product, under the conditions provided by law.

9. Liability

We cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased products, particularly failure to comply with the installation or electrical use instructions provided with each luminaire.

10. Intellectual Property

All content present on the site (texts, images, logos, visuals) is protected by intellectual property law and remains our exclusive property or that of our partners. Any reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.

12. Mediation and Disputes

In case of a dispute, you can contact us directly to find an amicable solution. Failing an agreement, you can use the consumer mediation service free of charge, whose contact details will be provided upon request, or the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Applicable Law

These Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
